Returns and Refunds Policy for AGROWEX-HUB App

AGROWEX INDUSTRIES (PTY) Ltd strives to provide high-quality goods and services through the AGROWEX-HUB app. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds. Please read it carefully.

1. General Terms and Availability:

The provision of goods and services by AGROWEX INDUSTRIES (PTY) Ltd through the AGROWEX-HUB app is subject to availability. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability, AGROWEX INDUSTRIES (PTY) Ltd will notify you and process a full refund within 30 days.

2. Cancellation of Orders:

If you wish to cancel a confirmed order that was correctly processed, a 30% administration fee may be applied. This fee helps cover processing and handling costs.

3. Specific Return Windows:

Fresh Produce and Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of these items, we offer a same-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of fresh produce or perishable goods upon delivery, you must request a return on the same day the goods are delivered to your specified address.

  • Non-Perishable Goods: For all non-perishable items, we offer a 1-day return policy.
  • You must request a return within 1 days of the goods being delivered to your specified address.

4. Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be unworn and/or unused, unless the issue is due to damage or defect upon arrival.
  • It must have all original tags and be in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (typically available within the AGROWEX-HUB app).

5. How to Initiate a Return:

To start a return process, please use one of the following methods:

  • Via the AGROWEX-HUB App: Navigate to the "Contact Us" or "Order History" section within the app and follow the instructions for initiating a return request. Please provide a detailed reason for the return.
  • Email: Contact us at returns@agrowex-hub.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is received and accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return the item. In some cases, we may arrange for a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Inspection Upon Delivery:

Important: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and before confirming receipt within the AGROWEX-HUB app. If you notice any issues such as the item being defective, spoiled, damaged, or not matching your order specifications, please notify us immediately through the app or via email so we can promptly address the issue.

7. Damages and Issues:

If you receive a defective, spoiled, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and take appropriate action, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund.

8. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Items sold as part of special sales or auctions.
  • Items purchased outside of the AGROWEX-HUB app platform. We will verify purchase records within the app before processing any returns.

9. Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved,

  • the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method
  • used within the app. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (typically within 7-10 business days).

10. Digital Content and Subscriptions:

For any digital content purchased through the AGROWEX-HUB app via Google Play, your refund requests will be handled in accordance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies. Typically, users can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if the content is faulty or does not perform as advertised.

  • For any subscriptions offered within the AGROWEX-HUB app and managed through Google Play, you can find information on how to manage or cancel your subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
  • Refund policies for subscriptions are subject to the terms outlined in the Google Play Store. We will adhere to Google Play's policies regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.
  • If you encounter issues with in-app purchases or subscriptions made through Google Play, you may also contact Google Play support for assistance. However, for issues directly related to the goods and services we provide (e.g., faulty produce, damaged non-perishable items), please contact us directly as outlined in this policy.

11. Responsibility:

AGROWEX INDUSTRIES (PTY) LTD takes full responsibility for all aspects related to transactions made through the AGROWEX-HUB app, including the sale of goods and services, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and the delivery of goods.

12. Policy Updates:

AGROWEX INDUSTRIES (PTY) LTD reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting within the AGROWEX- HUB app or on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.
